Careful, careful… BOO(M)! Death is the final unknown.
Played a trilogy of games recently called Penumbra and basically one part of the first game you have to jump over a chasm with a bottle of Armstrong’s Mixture inhand to destroy some rocks a cave-in created. Well, Armstrong’s Mixture is known for exploding while stirring the stuff. Very volatile stuff.
I bought the games for $5 on steam (promotional thingy) and I can say that they are worth the regular $20 price tag for the trilogy. The games are horror-puzzle games, more like Alone in the Dark than Resident Evil. They are in first person and you can pick up stuff and do make shift things with the objects. Like build a bridge over an electric fence. Although you can go through each game in one sitting if you tried really hard they are worth the play. Give it a try, and play it in the dark. ;D

Meh, I’ve always thought about playing through that series, but it looked like a cross between some generic horror game and Myst.

We can leave your friends behind.
’cause they don’t have hair and if they don’t have hair,
well they’re no friends of mine.
